Pizhichil or Sarvangadhara is a procedure in which warm medicated oil is continuously poured on body, while a gentle massage is given simultaneously. The word “Pizhichil” means squeezing. Here, a linen dipped in warm oil is squeezed from above, letting the oil directly pour on the body.
